"Where have you been all my life! " It was a drizzly Saturday, we had to leave our house to the realtors could show it, there was nothing good at the movies, so we tooled into Tacoma to test drive MINIs! "Amazing Experience!" My husband and I can to Northwest Mini with a plan to trade in my 09 Mini Clubman. We would have loved to get another Clubman, but we just wasn't happy with the look of them. Steve understood and didn't try and talk us into something we didn't like. Steve had us test drive several different models until we found the model we liked. "Time for an upgrade" The first time I met Steve was earlier this year while helping a friend shop for a Mini. He was fantastic then and nothing short of wonderful when it was time for my Mini upgrade this month. Steve is knowledgeable, fun and friendly. He listens to what you want and won't pressure you into anything. Hands down the best salesman I have ever dealt with! It's the one dealership that's a pleasure to visit.

"The Wait Was Worth It!" NW Mini didn't have exactly what we wanted so we ordered from the factory. It was easy and we got to watch the process along the way. "Outstanding sales and service!" Northwest Mini has been nothing but wonderful to us! They truly care about their customers and they are very honest. The service dept helped us earlier this year with our older Mini that needed clutch work. The work itself would have been over $3000 but they offered to sell us a service contract for about $1000 less than the cost of the repair that covered that and service for the next 3 years! "We bought another Mini because of the first one" We're owners of a four door S model, and were in the market for a second with automatic and standard (not sports) seat. Our sales rep Steve showed us several 4 door options both new and used, then noticed I was rather tall, and suggested I try out a two door to make it easier to get in and out. I noticed the difference and comfort immediately, and we went on the buy a two door automatic with standard seats which is what we were looking for. Well done.
