I stopped into Northwest MINI to test drive a few cars. I wanted to either get the "MINI" out of my head so I could move on to another type of car or decide I wanted a MINI. Over the years I have experienced the full range of car dealers from pushy new car dealerships to "sleazy" used car salesmen. This one is neither of those, really a good dealership. Very straightforward and helpful, I really felt like their goal was to help me get what I want, not to use me to get what they want. Great experience with their internet sales department Mike and Terry. Friendly and accommodating.
I've bought a lot of cars in my years. This was by far the best experience. Traveled well out of my way for the great reviews and the good deals and it was worth it. Steve Zilkey is outstanding and makes the car buying experience fun. This is the second car I've purchased from Mini and Brandon. I found the car I wanted told Brandon what I wanted to pay for it on the phone and email. I put money down on the car and picked it up two days later. When I went to pick it up they didn't pressure me on extras and had a better interest rate for me than my credit union. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. Most of it was figuring out all the new bells and whistles on the car. Great experience thanks Brandon.
I just bought my second MINI from Steve. I had such a great experience the first time, I wanted him to be our sales person the second time. Steve went out of his way to answer any questions to make sure we had the best experience.
We walked in with a list of "want to see" cars and Brandon was a most excellent "host"! I knew going in that I would be leaving with a car, new or used! Brandon put up with us and answered all our questions! Best car buying experience...Ever! I am now a very happy owner of a New Mini Clubman!
Went in to look, Brandon was awesome and totally helped me with what I needed and I found the car I wanted, the process was fast and easy and right to the point
"No Really, I am just looking" , "I never buy a car the day I see it", "no that's not a car I want to drive, only this one". These are all phrases I didn't need when shopping for my Mini. I didn't know I was shopping for my Mini, I had driven on on a used lot in Olympia and wondered if there were others I would like. We love NW MINI! Brandon was a tremendous salesperson, and everyone there worked so hard to make a deal for us; even despite showing up an hour before closing after being turned away by Seattle MINI (horrible experience for another day). We not only walked away with a brand new Clubman, but it was nicer than the one we had originally looked at in Seattle, AND at the monthly payment we asked for walking through the door! Have bought 4 cars from NW MINI since 2005 and will never buy from another dealership again! Thank you!!!
