Steve was great, he worked with me even when he was busy juggling with other customers as I waited for my credit. He made sure I was taken care of. He walked through the car system, which was really nice. I still need to go through the book myself. He must know me, check oil once of month or 4 times I get gas, windshield fluid, that I have not been very good in the past, now I have a guide line when to check. I so thoroughly enjoy working with Steve - he makes buying a real pleasure. This is my 3rd Mini - traded my first at 3 years, Steve worked with me on my second. My second was rear-ended on I-5, and as soon as I was sure the insurance had cleared, I was back with Steve to choose my 3rd. I was so impressed with how that "small" car stood up to the damage from a larger car, traveling at high speed. Definitely can recommend working with Steve - very patient, and no pressure whatsoever.
steve is a guy over at mini about which he knows all the skinny. he listens with care. he's honest and fair. his price is so good you'll say, "gimme!"
Terry was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, as he helped us to select a perfect vehicle for our needs. We test drove several models being new Mini, and he worked with us throughout the process. He was honest in his communications and genuinely cared about our experience. We would definitely return to NW Mini and would only work with Terry.

I ordered my first Mini Cooper 13 years ago and would give NWMini 5 Stars for the entire time. Never a disappointment, always feeling like each person has my back! Yesterday we traded in Checkers 1 for Checkers 2, as Steve fondly nicknamed them!
