"Best Auto Dealership Experience " We went in to trade a vehicle for monetary and future life decisions. While we were there we never felt like we absolutely had to purchase a vehicle, but more of a welcoming experience were it felt like family. In my 11 years of working with dealerships on purchases with vehicles Steve has been the best person to go to. When it come to purchasing another vehicle we will make the trip from wherever we are just to work with Steve or the dealership.

We are now on Mini #4, and Steve has sold us the last 2. We live near Seattle Mini, but have chosen Northwest Mini for our last 2 purchases, mostly because of the friendly staff and atmosphere at Northwest Mini. Steve is hands down one of the best in sales!

We just got our 3rd Mini from NW Mini Cooper in Fife....We started with Brandon when we ordered our new 2018, step by step, question by question, Brandon was absolutely the best in guiding us through the process. Steve understood exactly what I needed and made it happen within my budget. The entire process was hassle free and the most pleasant experience I have had in buying a new car (I have bought a few).
