She is settling nicely and they are very nice and helpful. I would recommend to others.
Home like atmosphere. Simple food but prepared in smaller quantity than in larger institutions. Staff was wonderful, loving, patient and attentive, especially [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] and manager, [name removed], all were superb! Housekeepers were great, never any smells, and rooms and all areas were well kept. Rooms were adequate in size as were bathrooms. Could not have asked for more. Plenty of activities but my mom never participated.

The staff are generally kind and respectful, but it appears they may be understaffed at times, which can lead to delays in responding to residents' needs. Some aspects of personal care and daily support have been inconsistent. Communication regarding improvements has not always resulted in noticeable changes. While experiences may vary depending on placement, there is room for improvement in consistency of care and responsiveness.
Having smaller houses with a fixed staff is nice and you get real close to the staff and residents. Ms. Summer is an excellent house manager and goes way beyond any reasonable expectation and she is an excellent cook as well. Some younger staff members have good care skills and may learn to be better cooks with time The smaller house sizes do really well at catering for a residents needed care level. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I don't like that they don't have more activities or an event coordinator.

They are wonderful, caring people who care for your loved ones. I would 100% recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one. There is a warmth that feels like Family at Mustang Creek Estates, out of all the elder care I have had to help find relatives in the last 30 years.

Everyone at Mustang Creek was very nice and helpful. The staff was very caring. Our experience did not totally go as we had planned. We moved my mother in law to the Assisted Living House at the end of July. She was there for about five days and the director recommended she needed to be moved to Memory Care. We were surprised but after they explained their reasons we agreed. Mustang Creek handled the move to her new room.
