Admin team is very cheerful and helpful. Quick to respond to issues. Quite understanding that all seniors are not in the same place mentally and that aging gracefully without having to go to mental care is an option. I like the "all in" cost structure where all care and services are combined into monthly rent. Many places "nickel and dime" you to death. Everyone at Mustang Creek was very nice and helpful. The staff was very caring. Our experience did not totally go as we had planned. We moved my mother in law to the Assisted Living House at the end of July. She was there for about five days and the director recommended she needed to be moved to Memory Care. We were surprised but after they explained their reasons we agreed. Mustang Creek handled the move to her new room. The environment is extremely homey! They have many different room sizes available based off of what you loved one needs.
I liked the smaller houses with only 15 residents per house. A more home atmosphere. I would recommend them

So far, so good. The staff is attentive and the food is good. I would recommend them to others who are needing to find care for their loved one. He's only been there about three weeks, but seems to be doing well.
Everyone is very kind, loving and attentive to my mom and her needs. Very clean and a homey atmosphere. Yes I'd recommend.
We are happy with Mustang Creek. My father in law appears to like the food. Apartment is a little small. The facility is clean. Staff are nice and patient to me and my husband.

Overall experience has been very good. The staff has been really good and sweet. Mom can't see enough to participate in many activities. Mom does enjoy most of the food they prepare and if she wants something, they try to get it or fix it for her.
