We can rest easy knowing our Mom is in the best place! They take such good care of her! The food s home cooked with love and it feels like a family. The caretakers are top notch and the social worker is the best! We have had so many questions and concerns and they have been so patient with us as we have no experience in assisted living.

Like many other facilities there is a lot of turnover. It is better than most from my research, so yes I would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

My father in law was not in the facility very long but it was an amazing experience. This was a very difficult time for my family and the entire staff were amazing. They were extremely supportive, friendly, and helpful. They treated our loved one with respect, compassion and dignity. I would recommend Mustang Creek to anyone needing Memory care or Hospice!

They were willing to provide the extra care and service he needed. They have a cluster of homes in each location. For different levels of needs.

They worked with us on price. Seem very helpful and accommodating. Seems like they come and go. Activity directors. So that impacts the frequency.

Everyone was very friendly and supportive. Administration was a bit slow responding to some questions, but super fast on others. Would definitely recommend the facility.

The facility and staff were very nice, polite, and worked with my mom. That was not easy. My mom made it challenging for them, but they continued to try. She was in the Assisted Living Plus building and she was able to get out. The door is not locked. But an alarm will sound when the door is opened without putting in the code first. This place did not meet my mom’s expectation because she came from an Independent Living place and wanted the same accommodations she had there.
