Everyone was very friendly and supportive. Administration was a bit slow responding to some questions, but super fast on others. Would definitely recommend the facility.

I’m so thankful we found this place for my mom. From the first call to my mom settling in everyone has been a blessing! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for help with assisted living or memory care

The facility and staff were very nice, polite, and worked with my mom. That was not easy. My mom made it challenging for them, but they continued to try. She was in the Assisted Living Plus building and she was able to get out. The door is not locked. But an alarm will sound when the door is opened without putting in the code first. This place did not meet my mom’s expectation because she came from an Independent Living place and wanted the same accommodations she had there. Recently moved Mom into the Memory Care House at Mustang Creek. From our first initial meeting the staff went above and beyond to help get her placed and were genuinely interested in her well being. From the minute we pulled up to move her in, staff came out to greet her and help get her out of the car and settled inside. Mom did not do well at her previous facility but I feel like with the house like setting and smaller numbers of residents, Mom gets the care she needs. The staff [names removed]where great working with enrolling my loved one. The care takers are all very sweet and care about my loved one. The residence get home cooking every meal .My loved one seems very happy.

All inclusive price and the "feels like home" feeling when you walk in the front door has made this a transition wonderful for our mom and peace of mind for us, her family.

Location is inviting and homelike. Much better than a hospital or nursing home. More quiet/peaceful. Workers have compassion and are very kind hearted to the residents.

Mustang Creek does such a good job of making sure everything feels so comfortable. Its so nice to be able to enjoy the living and dining rooms just as we would in our own home. Then to have a comfy bedroom to retreat to for a good night sleep with the temp set at the perfect degree! I'm so happy!
