RecommendedRenee (Manager) is truly fantastic! We have a 17 year old Yorkie/Pom that we had to board to travel out of town for our mom’s memorial service. She doesn’t see or hear very well and we were pretty concerned about boarding her. Renee met me during the checkin process, sensed my concern, and made me comfortable that everything would be OK. We just had our first experience with My Second Home while traveling through Nashville. We had a very long day planned and needed daycare and boarding for our Boxer and this was a recommendation from more than one. The staff were very helpful and professional and could not have been friendlier. We will gladly bring her back the next time we are in town.

We left our two toy poodles for a week due to a family emergency. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive! Both the yr dogs needed medication and it was no problem. Great place with a wonderful staff !

First time reserving Ranger there. Ranger loved it and the grooming they did was amazing ! We are new in the area and I got a recommendation to use them . It was a last minute find since we had a trip needed boarding ASAP ! We will stay with this resort for sure . All the staff were very kind and helpful especially when I called to check on him.
