I'm very shocked that the average rating of this place is so low. This is a great option to take your fur baby to vs an emergency vet. They do not take appointments here so I highly recommend arriving first thing in the AM if you're able to. My husband and I took my 17 yr old pup in on a Saturday morning around 730am. We were 3rd in line to be seen and we saw the vet at 830am, which is 30 mins after she arrived. Naperville Animal Hospital people have cared for for our dogs for many years. Their handling of each dog was gentle and thoughtful. The veterinarians are excellent with great advice for our dogs from puppy problems to old age. They handled the death of each in the kindest way possible giving us time to part with our little dear ones.

Hardest working group of people!! It's crazy in there after the holiday and Izzy and her gang are handling it like champs!!! William Wallace saw dr mirabella (who we love) for his allergies which have been out of control the last few days. She brought him in back to give him a thorough once over on his parts and luckily no hot spots. (At 120 lbs getting a good view of him requires a huge table ) She got a treatment plan in place for him, meds filled and we were out the door. I scheduled a spay for my 7 month old Labrador 53 pounds. Super nice front desk ladies. Only comment is I was told multiple different prices at different times. The reason being, I was not told about additional charges such as exam visit, medication, blood work that is NOT included. Was also told two different times to pick my pup up. Not a big deal. Dr Diaz is such a rockstar exotics vet. With 2 cockatiels and a rabbit, I look forward to their checkups because I like her so much. Birds and bunnies are quite fragile animals. Illnesses can get very serious very quickly. I'm thankful to have such a capable Dr for these 3 pets. With a Persian cat, I see other Drs on staff as well. I love everyone here. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! I've brought my cats here for over 20 years. They're the only vet I know of in the western suburbs that take walk-ins as their general policy so they can get very busy because other vets need appointments often booked weeks ahead! True, wait times can be long sometimes, but if your pet has an urgent issue this is the place to go unless you want to pay a lot more at an emergency clinic.
