Great service (when someone finally saw me), perfect location, I like the cat vs. dog entrance however it was very difficult to check in. I arrived and a tech literally walked right past me, after I said hi! Then a second person saw me, told me how to use the phone but that didn't work. She finally grabbed a couple people and they were great. Otherwise, I enjoyed the staff, they were friendly, paid attention to my cats needs, (and mine) and I even got to meet the manager while checking out and she was fantastic. Huge smile, ... read more

I have trusted my cats with NAH's care since 2014. Their vets and supporting staff are always attentive and so caring and kind to my cats. I've always come in the early evening after work with no appointment and never experienced a long wait. My three boys are happy and healthy. Highly recommend!

My 5 months old chameleon was dying due bacteria infection, I called 5 animal hospitals around: few take only dogs/cats, few didn't bother to answer ( if you want appointment, leave message), I received suggestions to drive to Skokie from Naperville, exotics clinic in Lisle has 2 weeks waiting list and don't care about your emergencies..... My regular vet had just closed and I was referred to Naperville Animal Hospital. My dog had been diagnosed with lymphoma and was having a terrible day. Talked to the on call vet and he said there wasn't anything he could do to help my family member. I told him that he could help...by putting my dog down. He assured me they'd be available all night...just call when on the way. I waited for my wife to come home from work so she could say her good byes to the best four legged companion ever. Thank you for your compassion when I had to make the not so nice choice of putting down my 13.5 year old lab in pain. Your staff was very nice and made it as comforting as could be. They also did not take advantage of me and gave me a discount on the emergency visit.

We moved to Naperville 6 months ago and we came to NAH because Coki (our 13 years old Terr-Pudd mix) got a thorn ligament. We didn't know what to do and decided to come here and was a great decision. In NAH we have been treated excellent! The people there is always welcoming, respectful and very knowledge. Not only the value your pet life but our time too. We got a new puppy last year and chose the preventative plan for her first year shots and Spay surgery. Most of the vets and staff are pleasant and friendly. The facility is clean and beautiful. Overall not a bad experience but nothing spectacular either. Some vets I liked better than others. I do really like the online system and the preventative plan was a nice option. First people I spoke to that actually cared about my dog and not just getting paid. Super reasonable pricing as well. We walked in and we're seen before we could even sit down and we're out just as fast. I am so happy I found this place!!!
