If you come here, you definitely are to see Dr. Tom! He really takes his time to make your pet comfortable and thoroughly discuss treatment and options. He's not the type to add a bunch off things to ring up the bill which sadly I've experienced before. The front staff need to be more attentive, however. I am so impressed with the new process they have adopted here during current times. I think they should keep this new process going even when covid restrictions loosen because it is just so smooth! I tried to make an appointment ahead of time but they said it wasn't necessary. So I popped in on a Saturday about 10AM, called that I was there, and then waited in my car until someone came out to get us for the appointment. The Vet, vet tech and groomers I've worked with have been AMAZING! But the way the front desk staff treats you will make you want to go somewhere else.

Even with animal hospitals closer, we still bring our rescues dog here. We had a voucher type of a thing from where we got our dog to use here to get her fixed. Very professional and no issues. A local groomer closer to us always has issues trimming her nails, but no issues here. The extra time to come here has been with it. We have always had good service here.

We have a née baby Bearded Dragon. He hopped out of my daughters arms and fell. He/she was not putting pressure on their leg. We called so many vets. Some don't see exotic pets and others had appointments so far out. Others were way over priced. This place was able to see us the same day. They have safe COVID-19 protocols to see your pet. Dr. Borcherding called us while we sat in the car during the exam. He answered so many questions about Bearded Dragons and was able to take care of our pet. This is the best place to go... I am sorry for the previous review about losing her bunny during a neutered but I believe people need to do their own research on what type of veterinarian would handle bunnies and ask the receptionist are you for sure or double check. Or can I speak to the office manager. Unfortunately I have seen in all health facilities. My dachshund Sandy has been seeing Dr Amanda Mirabella and her tech Sara and Allie for 5 years now. We took our new puppy in from Chicago at the recommendation of our rescue group. Not only were they attentive and quick while we were forced to have shots done without us present due to covid-19, the doctor spent over 15 minutes answering our many questions. Although it's quite a drive from the city, we continue to go here because of the great attention the vets give to any question we have.
Fantastic place! We bring all 4 of our pets here. We have tried many places but this was the best by far! Very friendly staff, fantastic doctors, clean and caring. They put your animals first!
The staff at Naperville hospital is beyond kind. We went there during the Covid quarantine so our puppies could have their shots, and the young lady that came to the car to get our dogs acted as if they were her own. After the examination the doctor called my phone to let me know that they were both in great condition that they would be getting their nails clipped and they would be out. Young lady that brought my dog back to me was just as friendly. I will take my dogs nowhere else!
