Had to rush my cat Charlie to vet as he has a fetish for eating plastic and has already had two abdominal surgeries because of it. I didn't want or think he could survive a third on his intestines. I was taken immediately and seen by Dr Amanda Mirabella. She was informative, not pushy, and we decided on a shot that could hopefully make him vomit it up. Thankfully it worked! This past Labor Day (Sept. 4, 2017), I rushed my cat (Mafi) to the Naperville Animal Hospital since she suffered a heart attack and has passed away. We arrived at the Naperville Animal Hospital at 8:15 p.m., Thomas Vega who is the Tech, helped us. He was very caring and compassionate with all of us. I've been going to NAH for about 6 years now: 2 of my dogs have been getting care with them since they were born. I have subscribed to the monthly plan that they offer which pays for most vaccines as well as discounts to products such as heart-worm pills or medications. In addition, exams are free when you have the plan (which is nice as it gives me peace of mind knowing if something is wrong with my dog and I have to visit often in a short period of time that the visit costs alone won't be substantial). I am giving Naperville Animal Hospital 5-stars because your pet's first doctor's visit is free. Nada, zip, effes, gratuit... free. Nowadays, so many people panic when their cat or dog gets ill because money is scarce and the "rainy day fund" is spent. Know that when your pet gets sick, Naperville Animal Hospital is there to help. I just took my cat in for a tooth extraction and the price was reasonable. Plus, the veterinarian was kind to both me and my kitty. I plan to keep going there.

The veterinarians are always so caring and professional. My Maltese, Coco, has been treated like royalty! Nance groomed her for the first time this week and she did a fantastic job, probably the best grooming Coco has ever received. Bravo to Naperville Animal Hospital!

I have seen several different doctors at Naperville Animal Hospital and have been impressed by all of them. I initially started going because my cat was sick. The staff was compassionate and generous, even during the most difficult situation. My cat eventually passed away, and when we got a new one a few months later, the only place I trusted to take him was NAH. They are professional, knowledgeable and kind. They truly care about pets and go above and beyond to help them.

We've been patronizing Naperville Animal Hospital since 1962. While the building may have changed, the service received has not. Long gone is the tiny waiting room full of furballs and there are now separate cat and dog entrances. We currently have a "rambunctious" dog who is treated with care and compassion. It eases our mind that he is receiving the best care and treatment possible. Thank you!

I have trusted them with my 2 cats since they were kittens. Even moving back to Glen Ellyn 5 years ago, I continue to make the drive out to Naperville for every checkup. I remember when I first got my oldest cat, it was a stray and I had nothing to prepare myself to be a cat owner. One of the vet techs came out with a carrier to my car and helped grab my scared kitten that was hiding underneath my car seat. He even let me keep the carrier since we didn't have one yet! We brought our 15 y.o. JR terrier in as she was restless, wouldn't sleep and has had bouts of pancreatitis the last 5 yrs. We thought this was a serious bout of it and needed help. The Dr was going to give her a shot to relieve some of the gastric stress and pain, while in the back she did a quick ultra-sound on our Josie and found an intestinal mass.
