NAH has been a great vet for our puppy during her first year! They are really patient with both me and my pup, I never feel rushed. I like that they don't take reservations so I can just go whenever I need! They seem to really love working with animals and go above and beyond to make my pup feel comfortable and at ease there. Absolutely amazing staff! They truly care about your pet once in their care! They are thorough in explaining pets diagnosis and fees and are honest and reasonable especially for a pet hospital! I recommend this place 1,000 times! This is the only place I will ever bring our cat to!

I had a great experience at Naperville Animal Hospital and I have referred family and friends there. The walk-in style of office visits has been a great option for me. At a time when my regular veterinarian could not fit us in for a same day visit I went to NAH. I am grateful that NAH is offering the walk in style of appointments because I could not wait two weeks for an appointment at my vet and the ER vet had a wait time of at least 8 hours which meant my cat might be seen at 2am. The Best Quick service I've ever had. It's walk-in only and thankful for that. I went to another clinic- Animal care center of Plainfield emergency(The worst service they say 24 /7 emergency NOT the case they say we don't take anyone until eight) So , I decided all together change of plan after waiting an hour and a half in my car to go to Naperville animal hospital. I was referred to NAH by my vet for an urgent situation with my dog. Brought my old guy in and got his blood work done in no time. Found the cause of his recent issues and was prescribed antibiotics for his ailments and even got a detailed blood work report via email. This place does not accept appointments but they are kind, quick to diagnose your pet's health and prescribe the proper care for a pretty fair cost IMO.

Love Naperville Animal Hospital! Every time we have gone, we have had such good experiences. The staff are incredibly helpful and able to answer all of our questions. Sometimes there's a wait but it totally worth it because I know my pet will get the best care here. If you're looking for a place for your pet, I'd highly recommend!

After calling a few animal hospitals in the area and being told they weren't taking new clients or they were completely full. I found Naperville Animal Hosptial. Having to make the hard choice of putting a pet to sleep, They were sincere and understanding. I wish I knew the vets name that helped us with this hard choice. The veterinarians are great! Extremely knowledgeable and listen to your concerns about your pet. Pet insurance covers a lot. However the front desk staff is rude and does not listen to even get the spelling of the email correct after multiple visits of trying to correct it. As well as the groomers complained A LOT about how much work it would be to groom my dog when dropping him off for his appointment.
