FSP HOME WARRANTY NATIONWIDE IS TERRIBLE! They take your money but refuse to help out when you put in a claim. The salesman was a liar the way he presented everything to me. When trying to talk to them one guy hung up On me.

Nationwide increased my premium nearly 200% without notifying me. They directly billed my mortgage company, which continued to make payments at the old rate. I accrued a $4k deficit in my escrow account and that's how I finally determined that Nationwide had increased my insurance premium. It is criminal to increase the insurance premium without notifying the customer.

On May 16, 2023, my wife and I purchased a travel insurance policy for $494.48 for a trip to Israel in February of 2024, thru Nationwide Travel Insurance, and thru their partner, Trawick Travel, of Fairhope, Al. In February of 2024 my sister pasted. She had a pension with ******** that was then taken over by ****** and that was sold to Nationwide Life and Annuity Insurance. I have provided information via fax and certified name after multiple times of Nationwide saying they didnt receive the information. And after 4 months, it is still in review, even after I have provided multiple times that the beneficary of the pension is alive and well. I filed a hardship request on the 4th of June,sent required medical infi and have been told a prixessor is mot assigned wait up to 5 biz dats. Urgent med issues and adised them I have been sleeping in my car, they could care less.

They have literally sucked $28,000 from me in 5 years and now that I need help with work on my home that is outside of my control they refuse to help Nationwide will never be on your side you're better off going with another company that will actually help in your time of need. I agree with all of the previous reviews it's a big scam. I am definitely immediately changing companies it's baffling that a company literally can suck that much money from you and not do anything to help improve your home when it's major damage need... read more

I have had Nationwide Pet Insurance for 5 different pets since 2016. Every year they have raised my premium on all of my pets policies, some even going up over 100% a year. I have kept paying it and not complained because if anything happens to my pets I will have peace of mind and be able to do everything in my power to take care of them. I put in a request almost 6 weeks ago to take out loan on my retirement plan. Name was put on the check wrong. The check bounced back from my bank. Three weeks ago They canceled the bank Deposit to Mail a check. Called today and the ticket that was put in to mail a check hasn’t even been reviewed and told it could take up to another three weeks.
