My claim is still not resolved this will be 90 days from the time that my claim was found this is unbelievable that you left me with the same claims rep after I requested to be with another one but everyone said that he was such a good claims rep and that he was not ************** against me but yet today makes the 90th day that my claim is still open and sitting in his computer unresolved I am filing with the NAIC on claims and I cannot believe the discrimination I have faced I am also going to social media to tell anyone t... read more

I would give negative 5 stars if I could! They are giving my elderly parents til the end of December to get a new roof put on their house, or they are canceling their homeowners policy because Nationwide used Google Earth to look at a picture of their home instead of sending out an inspector. Why they're looking at it to begin with is unknown because, they have never filed a claim. The Google Earth picture shows the shadow of a tree on their roof so naturally the roof (that is in perfect condition) should need to be replaced... read more

Nationwide Pet Insurance review, Thank you for not assisting me with any of my Claims. Your insurance is a Joke.. You should be ashamed of yourselves praying on people that love there animals and want to insure them so they can afford to take their animals to the Vet. I expect a full refund of all monies I sent your way for this bogus insurance.

I have been trying to get paid for my custom mailbox that their client destroyed in an accident. I was told to get a quote from a welding company and I did after many trips. I sent pictures and the quote to them. Then I heard from their claims department Kieth ( only first names ) He called promptly and gave me a price to cover most of the cost and would send a check right out. In July of 2023, a roofing company told us that we had some damage to our roof from recent storms and hail. We filed a claim with Nationwide and was assigned ***** *** as our adjuster. Nationwide sent out a company to inspect our roof. We were told at that time that they couldn’t tell us anything or give us any information. I had nationwide for the first time 40 years ago. They canceled my policy within the first 60 days of coverage stating I did not provide proof of prior coverage or that I had a roommate. Neither of these questions were on the original application, which I provided back in response to the cancelation. I also provided proof of prior coverage in my initial response. Nationwide ************* has over the past three months refused to pay valid claims. I have submitted all paperwork they requested, and they now assert they are missing paperwork. I have sent them a copy of the email that they say is missing that was written to Nationwide in August, 2023 as proof of my compliance. Every time they ask for more information, they push the claims review date out another 30 days. They have now done this for the third time. No wonder they are not BBB accredited. Nationwide is inept at handling customers and their issues. Absolutely no way to speak to a live person. They need to return my money and have Absolutely no interest in their reputation. Nationwide falls into a category of "Do Not Use" . You will be disappointed and will regret the day you signed up with them. You have been warned. They will steal your time and money

I made a claim on my roof after a hail storm over a month ago there has been some interior rain damage so I wanted to get moving on the repairs so I had a couple of estimates and chose a contractor to do the job. I have sent numerous inquiries to get an adjustor out to verify the issues so far I have only received computer generated responses We have gotten over 5 inches of rain during this period of time. Phone messages and e-mails made but nothing from Nationwide.
