TERRIBLE !!!!!! They are not on your side . Was a loyal customer for 5 years, auto pay never late a payment . Came on hard time, once in the entire term. Asked to delay payment , they let me that was all and good . Payed in full on the day they needed it . Here is where it went south . Called them got all square on the paments . Asked them to resume auto pay , they set me up again. Got a letter in the mail next month from the state stating i have no insurance , and surrender my plates . Bull . They are worst insurance company that I a deal for long time. Customer 4 years plus

I have been trying to deal with a claim at nationwide but they are totally ignoring me I have sent multiple emails with no replies I have called multiple times but let it go to voicemail and their voice mailbox is full and no call backs. This has been going on for months. Now I'm going to have to pay my roofer out of my own pocket

After 53 years with Nationwide auto insurance they just up and cancel you because they are getting rid of there old customers. The have no laws to keep them from doing this. So unfair to allow this to happen to the consumer.

Had there homeowners insurance for over 10 years, never filed a claim. Had roof replaced in July, 2023. Complete tear down. Received a letter in September 2023 stating my policy would not be renewed due to: "Risk is ineligible due to your dwelling riif is in poor condition based on aerial imagery taken within the last 12 months"! Just raised my home owners insurance by 600.00. Ive been a customer for 20 years both home and auto. As a result my mortgage goes up due to that for escrow.i refinanced 2 years ago to lower mortgage payment to get ready for retirement. Now it will be higher unless i pay 1270 toward projected escrow. Nationwide says its due to climate change/hurricanes etc. I've lived here 27yrs and not one in my area. I've not made one claim in all this time.
