People don't go to you site to spend money, they go to see how much they can save off retail. The truth is this is an online auction not a live auction. I strongly urge you to steer clear of Nellis Auction (Las Vegas locations - NLV and Dean Martin). I've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with them three times, and each time has been a nightmare. However, I'm a reasonable customer, willing to give the benefit of the doubt. The first time, I purchased a stroller for my son, but it turned out to be completely different from the description, and I had to keep it because returning it was too much trouble. Really disappointed. I won an item, paid for it and went to pick it up and Nellis Auctions internet was down for the day. The company didn’t email or notify me until late in the day, after I was home. In order to reschedule I had to pay for my item again and wait for the previous hold to fall off. Rescheduled my appointment to pick up and got there and my item had been miss placed. They asked me to reschedule my appointment for the 3rd time. BEWARE - NELLIS DOES NOT VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE SUPPLIED!!! First, I have purchased thousands from Nellis. Very pleased with the purchases. However, recently I purchased four items for the first time that required assembly. Never before did I purchase items that required assembly The four were described as new with ALL parts. WRONG, three of the items each had one or more pieces missing, that made them worthless without the pieces. Sure they take the items back if returned within seven days. As a small business owner I always look for best deal and of course, when possible for best customer service. It’s amazing how the management and their teams conduct themselves on the floor. Even if you don’t buy anything from them, you got to just see the level of professionalism radiating from their crew. I especially like Kody, who greets you with a smile, finds best parking for you to comfortable be in a shade, helps you to load (and those are some heavy pieces there), process your returns (not many since the quality of ... read more

I have been buying for a while now but lately I noticed their website descriptions are inaccurate. For example today they had a kids play house that said "Items Missing: No", but they only have Box 2 of 2, I have box 1 of 2. I called to let them know and they didn't seem to care and told me "Well you better bid on it". I told them you are going to let someone buy 1/2 of a playhouse and not list in the description that it is only box 2 of 2? I've been shopping at Nellis Auction for a while. Thank God for Nellis Auction that I'm able to purchase items alot less than retail stores. I want to mention I returned 3 items pass their 7 days return policy and that Vernon and Nate are able to help fix my situation. I want to applause them for that. Thank you.
