Items marked as "new" and "not missing pieces" were missing items. This has happened a few times now so it's just frustrating when items are clearly returned but not marked as "missing items". I understand we're buying items supremely discounted but it's just a frustrating experience when you expect 95% of items shipped but then large pieces, screws, and instructions are missing for items that require assembly.

Many items were missing parts even though they were listed as complete. The pick up process took forever and they lost some of my items.

Both items I bid on claimed to be good but the mower had a cracked broken wheel and the weed eater batteries were dead. I'd like to see better quality control on the condition the items are so I can avoid anything broken.

Most stuff that you say is complete is not missing parts extra boxes etc about 30-40 percent is missing parts when you say it’s complete

I have tried 8 items 2 out of 8 are ok as they others they had so many defects and had to drive 55 miles for return.
All of the merchandise that was bought was broken and did not work and it was not disclosed in the description.
