Lot 383097: SAMSUNG 65 SMART 4K CRYSTAL HDR UHD TV TU8000 SERIES (BLACK) Item was not new. It was missing legs, remote and power cord. Very shady. I could understand if it was like 150 dollars but it came out to over 400. So for that I am not recommending nellis to anyone. I wonder how long it will be before you guys start doing this like Sierra auction. I believe they are in litigation for shady practices.
Item was advertised as new in box. Item was missing remote control tv legs and tv power cord. next day found 15 listings for remotes power cables an tv legs. Shady
I bought some items on 7/27/21 and came to pick them up on 7/28 and I waited for 45 mins and then was finally told that they couldn't find it because it was showing that it was already out. I was approached by some lady and and she told me that she will find it and check it back in and then call me back to let me know when to pick it up. Then Nellis charged my for the items that I never received. I have not received phone call. I WANT A REFUND!!! My invoice # is 145787 for $62.44. My customer ID is 180053.
I have to return 50%. Of items. Because of damage no one inspects and included pictures of compete description. I am spending a lot of time with returning items

Bought 16 items. Several that I bid on that were supposed to be new and in box, no damage, no missing parts or damage were not that way. Bike was missing parts, dog pen has bar that has been chewed on and is broken with strong fabreese smell, the bike rack was missing key components, pillow was not as pictured, cooler does not work the way it says… Quite fraudulent if you ask me. It might be okay for people who live very close because they will most likely have to return items, but for someone that lives a little bit further... read more
Wait like an hour to get stuff! Drove far to pick up a chair was told it cannot be found. I scheduled to pick it up next day ! Waste of time and gas. Not trustworthy
Many items say “new” no missing parts. Get home- it’s used damage with missing parts. INACCURATE DESCRIPTION
I bought two thing one was damaged repairable and the other was damaged and missing pieces. I have only purchased three items that didnt have any issues. I either have to repair the item or return it. I will be bring the most recent items back as I was unable to use them.
My desk was missing parts and that was no in the description It’s basically useless
