Both NEW, never used items I purchased, I returned. I bought a black easy up and it was white. The mock Romba vacuum wouldn’t charge. The process for returns was simple. Thank you
I returned several items and never got a refund. I loved it at the Las Vegas location. the people were so nice and the guys always helped me get my things in the trailer and in AZ they don't help at all. I live 2 hours from Phoenix so its a hassle to return and then I drive all the way there and I waited over a week and still nothing.
6 out of the 7 objects I got either was missing parts or didn't work at all and description was wrong on the 7 object
Many of the items were not as described. Having to make trips back to return items are time consuming.
I dont get my refund foe two items i took back over 3 weeks ago now . i would like my refund please.
Items appeared to be in much better condition in the photos. 4 out of 5 products that were listed as functional and not damaged, were neither.
I find your descriptions not accurate. Furniture needs dimensions. Clothes need sizes.
I purchased about 7 items from the first auction after signing up. Even though I was careful to purchase items noted new or no missing pieces and not broken, all but 2 items were either broken or missing pieces. The pickup location isn't necessarily convenient to return within one week so I would heavily caution anyone that buys from here to assume absolutely everything is broken and you have to look through it there before going home. Nothing is carefully inspected or tested.
I was offered $15 credit for completing a review. I did it and nothing. Inaccurate descriptions mean more returns. Frustrating experience. People that load are friendly and hardworking.
