First of all, I never made a bid on anything that was listed as broken or not working! *I bought a shower faucet. When I opened the box a piece of the pipe was rusted completely through and was snapped in half. *I bought a bookcase that had a crushed shelf and came with no hardware. *I bought a TV stand that had no hardware. *I bought a safe that had no key. *I bought a jewelry organizer that was completely different than what was advertised. I bought 5 items you claimed were new, undamaged, functional. 4 were damaged
I bought many items that were marked as new. They have all been missing pieces. I thought I was getting a deal but I essentially just wasted a bunch of money because I was out of town and didn’t realize until it was over seven days.
Everything was broken. I did not realize it until after my seven day return limit.
It was my first experience with the auction. The item was identified as new, not missing pieces and not damaged. Once I got home the item was damaged and none of the hardware was in the box. I returned it the same day. I will say I was skeptical about the return process but the item was credited back immediately.
The two main items I purchased were not as described- one we found before we left; a couch with only box 1/3 even though it said complete, no missing pieces, so luckily that money was quickly refunded. The other item we didn’t realize until we began to assemble, was missing all screws, casters, etc. although it too way labeled new no missing pieces.
I bought 5 items that were described as new, no missing parts, no damage, functional. 4 of them were damaged and not functional. 1 I was able to return. 3 I purchased before going on vacation and didn't open in time to return. You may have noticed I no longer bid.
My last two purchases were terrible. I bought a “used” generator . Description said it was used but also stated it worked. Win the auction, drove all the way down town then all the way home. I spent 3 hours off my time trying to start the thing. Finally got angry enough to drive all the way back down town to return it. Second generator started new in box 9k watt tri fuel generator. Lot 383097: SAMSUNG 65 SMART 4K CRYSTAL HDR UHD TV TU8000 SERIES (BLACK) Item was not new. It was missing legs, remote and power cord. Very shady. I could understand if it was like 150 dollars but it came out to over 400. So for that I am not recommending nellis to anyone. I wonder how long it will be before you guys start doing this like Sierra auction. I believe they are in litigation for shady practices.
