Had 2 good previous experiences and an extremely horrible one. Someone working the site's delivery and drop-off for the items gave my order away to someone else. They didn't double check the item that was being sent out, so I lose out of the auction that I had won. While they said they are going to give me a refund and credit, I will be cautious about this, as I have yet to receive a previous credit for taking a flier survey over 1 month ago.Â
On the website never told me that for the first time I needed to show up with my credit card and my ID, I was ordering to a friend to pick up like the website recommends but when I was trying to schedule the pick up this showed up I'm very upset with this website and his services.Â
I made a bid on 2 fans and a cabinet listed as new, functioning, not damaged and no parts missing. One of the fans was completely broken inside with pieces of the blade falling out and another fan with the appropriate base missing. The cabinet had 3 cracked shelves. The description of these products were misleading. On the good side the pickup process in Phoenix was impressive as it went smoothly. The blanket ladder was great, but the patio set was falsely listed as a different set. It was a cheap knockoff set, yet described as an expensive Hampton Bay set. The furniture did not match. The people at pickup were very nice and helpful but to drive two hours to get the wrong product is unfortunate.Â
We bid on several different canopies that said they had no damage. They all had damage. Are then items even inspected?!Â
The people from the parking lot they don't have respect to the customer's. you 👦 guysÂ

The merchandise that was bought was faulty and it did not advise that in the description.Â
Employees are great but descriptions of items is lacking big time. Broken stuff listed as new. Parts missing and not disclosed.Â
