I’ve bought several items that were not as described. I understand I have a week to return the items but sometimes that doesn’t work out. This week I bought an outdoor storage container that said it wasn’t missing any parts. There was no hardware. I left town the day after purchasing and will be gone for 10 days which means I miss the return window. I contacted customer service and they said there is nothing they can do. Pros - you can find some great deals . Returns are fast and easy . Staff is very organized and friendly . Curbside pickup is awesome . Cons - pictures and description don’t match what you’re buying . The website isn’t reliable. You wont get notified if you get outbid . Recommendation - you need a app for both IOS and Android . An app to bid and scroll thru all the items .
Items won are always damaged or missing pieces and not disclosed in the description.

Everything we have purchased is mislabeled, incorrect, missing items, non working, or broken. Spite what the item description says.
Lost multiple orders and never refunded me my money. The manager said he was going to credit my account $50 and refund my original payment. This never happened it’s been 3 weeks.

The desk we bid on clearly stated no missing parts and when we got it it was clearly only 1 box of parts to a desk and was therefore unable to be built or used in any way. We communicated with you about the situation and you did not help out at all or refund us.
