I understand it is an auction and quality would be compromised . But the item I received is broken at so many places . It does not even mention in the description that it is damaged. I dragged it alone to the third floor and begin putting it together when I started to see missing and broken parts. I will never try Nellie again. M done .
I purchased two different refrigerators both of which indicated the were functional and were not. One indicated cosmetic damage and the other indicated no damage but was riddled with damage upon pickup. Being that it appeared to be cosmetic and I had rented a uhaul to transport it I accepted it. Again neither refrigerator worked. Now I’m out $65 for the uhaul rental and have only received a refund for one of the refrigerators.
Items were not in the shape the descriptions said and all the parts were not there

I received many wrongfully described items. They were marked as new with no damage but had major damage unfortunately. My last pickup missing 2 items. I emailed and havent heard back.

Won two items on my first auction that were supposed to new, not damaged. One item (backpack) was clearly ripped. The other (bed frame) was missing more than half the parts. My wife started first and half the items she always has to return. Seems like a waste of time

This most recent purchase will probably be my last, and I have purchased LOTS of items. The item was advertised as used, not missing parts and functional. When i unpacked the dog stroller the button lock that held it closed was broken. Therefore it was totally non functional. Bought a rug said it was new and dirt from moving only, opened it up and huge black stain over half of it! Bought patio loungers and opened box supposed to be 2 there was only one! I live out of state, called and customer service is horrible. 3rd world country type service. No apologies. Just trying to figure out how they can keep their money

Purchased an pool umbrella that was stated as non damaged, no missing bolts. Drove to downtown Phoenix to pick up, and was confused as the staff was scattered. Received my order and returned to home to find the arm was bent and not able to support the umbrella.
