RJ has been absolutely fantastic. He sees when I’m coming and knows exactly how I would like my items to be put into my vehicle. He’s very very friendly and has what I would consider excellent customer service skills. As far as the new system goes there are still some flaws but the team is working through them

Package that said all parts were there was missing all screws and handles. I ended up throwing it all in the dumpster. Cannot trust buying again as you don’t represent the item truthfully.

I had A terrible experience with each product I’ve purchased. They all separately were missing pieces so it was unable to assemble them.

Fix your new website it sucks. For you you must be losing money for this new site north Las Vegas warehouse is excellent great personnel
The new website is horrible. I don’t get and invoice showing what I won. 2 items got returned for no reason. The one good thing is pick up is still pretty easy and everyone that works there is always nice
The experience has gone down since I’ve used it the past couple of years. I’ve purchased less as a result
I liked the older version of the website better. It was easier to search and find things that I was looking for. Now you get too many search results and it’s too time consuming to sift through them all. Also there seems to be much less home furnishing products from target which is what I was mainly interested in.
The turn over rate with employees is crazy high. In turn your staff work the job like its a joke. The items are not accurate and almost always differ from what is listed. The energy from staff is over all blah. You can tell they dont care about the job or company. As long as i get my items its fine but coming from a people standpoint its very obvious.
Please feel free to check my history with Nellis Auction. I was a client before the pandemic and now I am not. The quality of customer service, the organization, the pickups, the administrative department… everything went down hill. And when you changed the website, everything really went down hill. I need to contact your billing department soon because you guys owe me money for missing lots and other issues. I don’t even go to your website anymore.
