I purchased a bunkbed When we picked it up it was only half of the stairs no bed and no complete stairs. I tried reaching out yesterday to let someone know but I never got a response. I am very sad that it turned out this way because I had a great experience the first time.

I had placed two orders and attempted to pick them up on the same visit. I got the first order within about 10 minutes but had to wait for an hour to get the second order after visiting customer service. I asked three employees for assistance and finally the 3rd person told me to visit customer service. Once I did that I was complete and out the door in 15 minutes. I processed my second order earlier in the day but the transaction didn't complete on the Nellis back end system.

My only complaint is it has become readily apparent that if I put in a max bid at any point, when the auction closes, Nellis Auction considers that my final bid and pushes it to that max by default. This is instead of how most auctions are set up where the max bid is ONLY used if another user matches it. I also purchased an office chair and it wasn't ready for pick-up with my other items, though the staff was helpful and brought it out about 30 minutes after I let them know an item was missing from my order.

Bought an item as shown with pics and description and when I picked up was missing the feeling to put inside the bean bag. And when I chatted with the person about this I still have no resolve. Since I have messaged a few times but got no response

My new desk in box was missing parts. It’s easier for me just to purchase the missing parts then to take it back.

The description of the item does not match the actual item. I’ve had to return the last several things because of missing pieces or damage and I made sure to only bid on NEW. Very disappointing. And I hate having to drive so far to return it. I think I’ll stop bidding for a while.

I scheduled curb side pickup for 1.15 pm. Was there on time. But got my items only by 2.15 pm. And that too I had to get out of the car and told them that I have not received the items. It would be great if there are options to filter items by condition, damage, missing parts etc.

While buying the product they mentioned as NEW, No Damage, No Missing parts, so far only I bid that product for 50 and paid finally 62.50$, when I got the item and opened it in my home it’s Used, many cracks damages scratches, missing parts, broken pieces, we went and bought missing products and after fixing also it’s coming out, this is cheating it’s misdescribed product fully, again I have to waste my gas time and I have to return this product it’s another waste, if possible can you refund our valuable money for your misde... read more

I truly hate to give that kind of rating because I've been in the customer service industry for a long time. But I have to tell you that on every pickup that I've made there this last one was by far the worst. It took about 45 minutes after I had set a very specific appointment time. I was meeting a couple fellas down there that were interested in the split AC unit that I purchased. So trying to keep them calm and at ease for 45 minutes was a little difficult.
