I have purchased many item's and lately It has become apparent that the items being sold are not really as the discretion says.. missing parts, not the correct products in the box, damaged when supposed new. Its not worth driving an hour to buy things here. Sad because ive always loved purchasing from Nellis.
Every item I bought was not as described. Only one thing was correctly described as missing parts and used but I bought it without remembering to check the description, my mistake. That was one of my first bids. The other items I bought said they were new and not missing parts. 2 of my items were both used and missing parts. The other two looked new but both were missing critical parts making them useless. I haven’t bid on anything since. Very disappointed.
Most of it was junk broken when said new etc. So i dont want to do this anymore.. Thanks
No one ever got back to me on my last two page review. Not much has changed. They still forget carts worth of my stuff, hours later after I’m done loading and strapping everything down, and then bring it out. I have had to leaves hundreds of dollars worth of stuff there to come back and they can’t find it, then they find it, Etc etc. I was sold a Hisense Quantum tv, which the bid was 190, and as it turns out, it was a fucking dog cage. 3 out of 4 items I purchased were either severely damaged or missing parts, which I ended up returning. Not a great first experience.
Bought an AC from them that the description said had no defects when I got home and was finally able to get it wired and started the main control board was burned out of it that was day 8 the return policy ran out day 7 and another time I sent in a question on a product and never received a reply.
The items are not as described on website. I won 2 bids and both of them are damaged & one is parts missing but on the website this is not mentioned. When I call customer care regarding this they simply asking to return and this location is 40 mins away from my home!! Also, I had a char online with couple reps and one named Fernanda is not at all helpful and respectful. The way that she spoke is rude!
Won an auction for a new desk that could turn into a standing desk and it was broken like crazy. Had to do numerous repairs to get it to work properly. They gave me $20 to deal with it but it worked out.
I won the bid for a tabletop Blackstone griddle, and i also won for a new Blackstone stand for that griddle. I picked it up, did have to wait considerably longer than advertised, got it home and opened it up to find a char broil brand griddle. Do you not open boxes with used stuff to be sure the right item is iin the box? Clearly you dont. So i had to go all the way back down there to return both items, and char broil wont fit on Blackstone table. That one experience was enough for me. Wasted my time
