Everything was broken, it says new on almost everything. We live 40min away to them get home and find most of the items are broken or scratched. I know your team is busy but saying item is new and then showing up finding that the vanity is broken in 6 places. Is not being fair to your customers!
The item I purchased was listed as New and not broken. I picked it up yesterday, got all the way home to find out it’s broken. Now I have to go all the way back to return it. The descriptions need to be accurate.
The machine it's not working
I BOUGHT WHAT I THOUGHT WOULD BE A DRESSER IT TURNED OUT TO BE JUST PIECES OF WOOD THEN I THOUGHT I WAS BUYING A QUEEN BED FRAME IT TURNS OUT IT WAS A KING SIZE SO FROM THEN I STOPPED GOING AS THINGS ARE MIS LABELED
Purchased a safe from the site and this is the second safe I've tried to purchase. Both safes were listed as NEW! First safe was missing a button and luckily I caught it while I was still there. Second safe didn't have a key for me to even be able to open it or use it. I live an hour away from the warehouse and drive a gas guzzling truck. So after all of this I am down money and gas, and dont have a working safe to even compensate my time or gas.
I bought a cart for my sister-in-law, that was supposed to be brand new and none of the bolts or screws were included so that I could put it together. She didn't tell me about the missing screws until two weeks later, so I couldn't bring it back. When I contacted someone for help all they said was sorry it was passed the day to take it back. That is not the point though, the box said everything was supposed to be included.The lady that responded was Christina Faiumu.
I have bought 5 things from your company everything I bid on said new. Out of those 5 items 3 of them were broken. Had to drive 40 minutes one way just to return broken items that your company labeled new. Haven’t bought anything since and won’t recommend this site to anyone.

Generally good but prices have gotten way higher (sometimes very high) considering the added auction and tax costs. Many times the description is not accurate and the strict enforcement of the return policy has made it way less convenient to purchase multiple assembly items ... when parts are broken or missing it gives too little time to decide if to order and wait for replacement parts or to attempt a repair. It is like the quiet little cafe that has doubled in size and capacity but has lost it’s charm!

Picked up my items yesterday. The microwave I bought was advertised to be in “New” condition with no damage. It has a dent in the side and the whole control board falls out. Only some of the buttons work, not the START button. So it’s completely useless! I immediately called and explained that I am leaving town for a week and cannot get over there within seven days. I was told I’m out of luck and and I cannot return the item
