I bid highest and didn't get the item, should get confirmation email of a bid so you know it went through, your customer service was abysmal
It was my first experience with Nellis. O waited for 30 minutes under 117 degrees. And the material I took was used, although it was described new :( Consider that I drove 30 miles ( one way ) and what a big disappointment…
So far, I am 2 for 2. I won bids twice on Nellis for a bunk bed. Each time, by your mistake by posting incorrect information, I wasted my time and gas for nothing. The first time my order was missing a box even though I was bidding on a bed that was new in box, no missing pieces. The second time I bid on a new in box, no missing parts. I bought four things and two were broken and unusable. We are more than an hour away so it isn’t feasible for us to bring it back in the seven days. When you advertise new, , it should be new and not broken in half. Very disappointed.
I bought a computer chair. The one I received wasn't the one I paid for, it's a significantly lower end model. Since I wasn't able to make the drive back out in less than a week, I wasn't able to return it so your return policy was useless to me
I have spent thousands here since Nellis opened. Recently I bought a pool that says missing parts as missing a manual and it was functional. How upset would you be if you see a new in box pool missing just a manual and you take it to 120 degrees in your back yard and spend 4 hours getting it together to find out it was a clerk error when it took 3 people to get in last weekend and now.... Bought a guitar. When I arrived to pickup, it was completely different than the item described. A different color than the photo and it was a child's guitar. With the volume of stuff you guys move, I'm sure it happens. No problem. But, when I tried to return it before I left, nobody wanted to help. Purchased 23 items.Was supposed to get 4 different animal traps, got 4 that were identical. 4 items were advertized as not damaged had obvious damages. One generator was adverstized as having a cover but did not. One item was not delivered but refund was easy. In addition, significant delay in finding my items[2 hours]. So overall 10 of my 23 purchases were not as advertized 40 percent us far to high. I love the service super quick and friendly. I have noticed things missing from my last orders they I get refunded for them not cool! At least I was refunded but I would have rather received my items the 1st time around. Some items are still MIA!
