I purchased a set of chairs which came with no screws and are now just sitting and will have to be thrown away. The other purchase, a treadmill also came with missing screws and having trouble finding the screws to complete.
I have had to return several items that were damaged or missing parts, even though they were listed as new with no damage or missing parts. Some of them were very obvious, so not sure the staff even looks at the items or the listing.
Hello, I don’t know where to start.. I spent 15 grand in four weeks. Like 3-4 grand was items misrepresented by Nellis and I had to return after going through them, and I’m not even done. I have to put together the rest see if I even have the parts and pieces, and this is of the expensive large items I bought. I don’t bid on things unless they say new, no damage, no missing parts, and that they are functional, unless it is an item I can get for 5 bucks or less because for damage, and then I throw it in my shed for rainy day... read more
Item was damaged. There was a crack on the side rail of my new treadmill, it was also missing the AUX cord. I was excited to bring it home but when we opened the box to set it up we saw the big crack. Unfortunately, we decided it was a bigger hassle to return it. My advice would be to really check over the items before its marked "new" and paying a "premium" to drive 80 miles is not worth the hassle of returning a damaged item and having to go through the bidding process again!
I BID ON WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A QUEEN BED FRAME GOT IT HOME FIRST OF ALL IT WAS BROKEN THEN I PUT IT TOGETHER AND IT TURNED OUT TO BE A KING SIZE FRAME THEN I BID ON A DRESSER GOT IT HOME AND ALL IT HAD IN BOX WAS A BUNCH OF BOARDS I PAID 90 FOR THE BED FRAME AND 12.50 FOR DRESSER WHICH WAS A LOSS FOR ME BOTH ENDED UP IN THE GARBAGE IM NEVER GOING TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN
My experience is mixed but mostly positive. Unfortunately, new items are damaged by your team when they get cut open. Perfect items get destroyed and have been cut, scratched and sometimes aren't repairable. There's a really bad smell on all items which sometimes after days of being in my garage or outside doesn't go away. And sometimes descriptions don't match what I purchase. I love the pickup and friendliness of everyone I hate the fact that I get all the way home and half the stuff is broken so I have to make the trip back. The return policy is smooth and easy it’s just another step I wish you didn’t have to deal with. While waiting it sounds like it’s an issue that most people have with items marked as new and then being broken when they try them. Your auctions used to be good. Now half the stuff is broken(when advirtised as new) or mislabled. Advertising things as a higher value item when than youre auctioning off. Will not be using you anymore. Turning into a scam. Broken stuff not getting what was bid on. I'm sure you lack shame but its shameful. Bunch of cons
