I'm new to this site, but I've spent a couple thousand dollars so far. About 95% of what I buy that says no damage and all pieces are missing pieces and are very damaged. It's really hard to box everything back up and return it. When I do return you guys are great about it though. Your employees are very nice and helpful.
The item was described as new no damage. However, the item was damaged.
Wasted my time. Product not described correctly. I was easily refunded and that was great but I still wasted my time on getting nothing because of the description of the product.
Most of your listings are non-functional, pieces are missing or damaged. The last two items I purchased were listed as new and functional. They weren't.
Bought 5 items, had tonretirn the largest 3 due to missing pieces and damage that was not listed in the descriptions.

I’d like to say that I’m part of why Nellis is doing so well in the Phoenix area. When they first started advertising here in the area there were very few who knew of it . Most auctioneers were shopping from a competitor in the area. But that competitor had started wearing thin with me. After spending thousands of dollars with you over the years, we stopped purchasing when you moved locations. Last week, I picked up for the first time at the new location. I checked in and was told where to park. One of my 2 items was brought to my car. I asked the young man about the 2nd item and he said someone else must have it. I waited about 20 minutes and it was never brought to my car, so I went up to the warehouse. After another 15 minutes, my other item was located. Product described as new and has been duct taped in two different areas. We drove over an hour to pickup and will have to drive an hour to return it in the next few days with such a short return window.
