I won two auctions for a Razor MX650 in the space of 7 days; the first was described as used but working, and it was completely trashed; the charger was bad, as were the batteries, and the hardware for the handlebar was missing. The second razor was described as new with nothing missing, and it was missing required front axle hardware, as well as having a nonfunctional rear wheel assembly. I purchase a new microwave in a box , when I got it home and unpacked it well someone that probably purchased it from a store looks like they dropped it and dented the whole underneath and one side . It won’t side straight on my counter. My other half in the mean time cut the box up for the recycling bin. Beautiful microwave I was use it till it gives me problems. But was very disappointing. Second time I have brought something that wasn’t like it was suppose to be. New in box.

Keep getting things that are mislabeled. They say they are functional and they are not. To me that just shows you are knowingly selling non functional items. recently it was a microwave and a saw, open boxes, that could have easily been tested. Huge hassle to try and return it within 7days.

I no longer get updates when I get outbid on an item. I have brought it up several times and no one has an answer. Its no ones fault, but its hard to win stuff when i have to manually update all the time, Thanks Matthew Martini 702497-6468

Have received some good merchandise but lately we have purchased what was listed as “new” merchandise but when we went to pick up the items (6) in past month have been badly damaged or missing parts making them un -useable. Mistakes happen but six serious mistakes is too many. Someone checking merchandise is careless and in wrong job. We are now very leary trusting the listings. Lisa, manager was very nice and offered to help but we are not sure we will buy from Nellis again

I had to return multiple things - ( 45 min one way trip). and that part was handled great!!!! No hassles other than having to go back. BUT. I couldn’t get everything installed within the 7 days and now that I’ve done that- I find $180.00 worth of things i bought that are defective/missing parts. Very disenchanted with your business and not planning to go back. 🙁

No customer service since March 2020. I called several times for an item that had a missing part and nobody was able to resolve that. Mr. Spencer was there and he recommended to wait for the part to arrive and I waited more than a year but that part did not arrived and I was thinking to buy something else in the price of yhe missing part but this new customer service always tells you that someone else will call you and they never call. It’s always a mixed bag when buying stuff from the auction. You cannot believe the listing when it says it is new and not missing items as you do not know until you open up the boxes. I often find the product is missing several items and it cannot be completed. I usually do this after the 7 days as it looks complete and I am busy during the week. I am not certain if I will continue to buy anything as I have lost money as much as I have saved.

Overall good but i bought 60-70 items at a time and tried to select just the ones I wanted to pick up per trip via the check boxes when you schedule pick up times but inevitably they thought i was there for everything and I ended up waiting 45 minutes a couple times until they could figure it out.
