The min bid price is too high. I bid on other sites and they allow you to bid by .25. Some of the stuff i purchased did not show the issue with the package. So now i have several things i cant use.

I won the auction for Zenna home tension shower caddy. I recently moved so I did not put it up in my old apartment when I went to put it together it is missing pieces there are at least two pieces to the pole that are missing very disappointing

I removed some bids and i still haven’t seen any changes.
Even when you select and buy new items there’s always something missing or broken I do not know who assisted us, but I had to choose someone Or it would not let me submit
Bought 2 pieces of furniture on 2 separate auctions. Both pieces were described as new, not damaged and not missing any parts. One was damaged, the other was damaged and had missing parts. Very disappointed.
Three out of five items purchased needed to be returned. The three items were described as "new" with no damage or missing parts. Two of the three items were broken (pressure washer's wheel was broken off; broken parts falling out of box of a storage bin). Third item was missing half of its hardware. I can't advise others to use the auction when 2/3s of the items I purchased were mischaracterized in the auction.

Item descriptions and listings are terrible. You cannot call something new and it is missing instructions or batteries are installed. Open maybe but not new. Last item that was called new, the case has sharpie markings all over it! The other that was marked new (lava lamp) was missing the main glass component. I drive 20 miles one way to pick up my merchandise. Not a good feeling when I have to return more than half of it.
Pickup was easy, but both purchased items weren’t as described. Both were missing important pieces to assembly even though the description said new in box.
The item we purchased said it was new and good condition. When we got it home it was broken and can not be fixed
