Everything i bought had missing hardware even though the auction said nothing was missing. And one of the items I bought i didn't even receive. I was given something else and had to return it to get my money back. The return process was easy enough
I am giving three stars because of several reasons. first, one reviewer said "that parts missing on pretty much 65 % of items" I have to say, I believe he is right. I have purchased a wheelbarrow and wagon and the wheelbarrow didn't have any handles. How am I supposed to use or push this? The same thing with the wagon. (no handle) I wish they would specifically say what is missing when its REALLY obvious. I understand the nature of buying auction items of this sort and the possibility of purchasing damaged items, but I have purchased through this website several times and every time but one I had to drive back out to Phoenix or Glendale to return items that had misdescribed damage, or damage that wasn’t even listed at all.
I bought a lot of stuff and they were broken
Really bad reception personel.
We bid and won on several items that said they were “new” and were missing crucial parts or broken beyond use. We returned some of the items and picked up a few more to only get again broken or incomplete items. Pick up was very smooth and easy though!
Advertised as a specific pool cleaner saying MSRP was$200 when I got it home scanned bar code it was a cheap model worth$80. Wouldn't refund. I haven't been back.
The first purchase was a mattress that was terrible. Our second purchase was supposed to be for a sectional. Pictured a sectional. It said 3 of 3 regarding packaging. To me that said I would receive a complete sectional. Nope, it was one box. If a customer is only going to receive one of three boxes, that is how it should be labeled. To label any other way is very misleading and a waste of time to your customers.
Bought several electric appliances listed as new, to include high bay light, coffee Makers, juicer &.... Every item was nonfunctional! 24 hr on-site guarantee. Not much of a guarantee if you can’t test the item on-site, and once you leave the auction site, the guarantee is void.
