Headboard did not say that it was only Box 2 of 2 on the listing, I was told I could return the package but I have not heard back from anyone on how to go about this. The fan that I received was great, perfect condition. The young man who brought out my items was very kind.

Too many auctions were not as described. The people doing the product inspection did not do a thorough job or didn’t look at it at all. Just difficult to buy something then having to return it for something silly like wrong size because your folks put down 55” but the box clearly states 40” and doesn’t even measure more than 42”.
Parts missing on pretty much 65 percent of items. You guys are fortunate your the only one of your kind in arizona I have been trying to source a better auction. I buy 500 to 1000 a week worth of product to resell and have had to invest more time to go through the items but still have issues. Just today bolts missing from a headboard I sold. Your clerk really needs to take more time.
Better descriptions and better pictures Not as described
It took them 30 mins to bring out my item. I made my appointment was on time. I watched 10 other people come in and get giant stacks of stuff before I was handed my one box. This is the second time this has happened.

Way too many returns since moving to the new location. bad pictures and bad descriptions. Some of it is extremely easy to fix with correct pics and even some correct descriptions: correct colors, correct sizes. Just a bit more time on the line there and more directional training is needed.

Everything was in the box, it stated for a cal-king bed. The frame was 6 inches too long and the frame was for maybe a regular king size or queen size bed.

I appreciate when the item descriptions are honest and mention damage and/or missing parts, but in one order I got 4 different items that were all listed as "new" that were FUBAR. Not worth the trouble.
