You guys used to be great and have great deals about 75% of the things I win I have to return because they weren’t as described or obviously broken or missing parts. Gave up not worth the drive anymore. Staff I have had contact with were great and very helpful.
Out of 7 items 6 claimed they were "new", and one said "minor" damage. Out of the 7, 6 were unusable. There was a bike with a bent frame, a soccer goal missing a net, and a huge rug that was completely different from the description and the photo. We live 45 minutes away, and have to borrow a truck, so it was a huge inconvenience to have to return all of these items. You need to describe items better, or you are just wasting everyone's time (and money!).
It appears most items are in very bad condition...like one step from dump. I was excited to win a tower fan but shortly after arriving to pick up I noticed it was missing base, remote, and was pretty banged up. Luckily the young man who was helping me was excellent and provided incredible customer service. He allowed me to return it for refund.

Item was not complete. I understand that is the risk with retuned items but the things I have bought have been non-functional and easy ended up buying new.

Between my company and myself, we have purchased thousands from you over the past year - including 2 vehicles. Up until mid fall 2020 - we recommended you to family and associates all over the country. But well into the pandemic, you turned Drive up - Scheduling - Pick Up into nothing less than an annoying - anxiety filled car buying experience. About 75% of the items I have purchased have been incorrectly described. Either they’re damaged, don’t work or missing hardware. Nothing is “new”, everything was returned for a reason.

I ordered an item that was supposed to be new, but ALL of the hardware was missing! So I have to order it from somewhere! If it was missing items I would’ve like to know up front! Now I can’t use the item!
I won four aI uctions and all four were not I returned three items but have only received credit for 1. I won 4 lots but all 4 were not as advertised. I decided to keep the tent even though it was clearly not new but had been used. It had sand inside and very dirty. I cleaned it and disinfected it. I have been waiting progressively longer when arriving for my appointment many times over 30 minutes the other day I waited an hour and my wife was late for an ultrasound appointment not to mention I am missing 4 items from my order. Called customer service yesterday and they never got back to me with the solution.
