The item wasn’t the correct item and it was broken which wasn’t mentioned. I needed the item so I didn’t return it but I wouldn’t have paid that much for a broken piece and the less expensive model than what was pictured. People there were very nice which usually says they’re being treated well so that was great to see
I’ve been a costumer hear for two years and the costumer service has always been great!!!
I bought an electric scooter and the description said that it was gently used but had no issues. The scooter did not come with a charger and after purchasing 4 different chargers, the scooter still does not work.

I won an auction for 42 foot pool fence with gate. I went to pick it up and it was a single box with 12 feet in it. The gal apologized and said it happens all the time. Next day I won an auction 72 foot pool fence. Exact same thing happened, a single 12 foot section. Need to be accurate it’s wrongful advertising and bad business
I had to get a new motor for the fan I purchased that said “ new assembly required “

Item descriptions are hardly ever accurate. Almost all items I have purchased have been unusable do to excessive or extreme damage or missing major components.
Ordered a bike stand. It was a cheaper model than the one pictured and is broken. This was cheap and I don’t want to hassle with a return so I’ll keep it but I don’t recommend this to most people.
Again? I first used a friend's account and put a max bid in, by the time I drove home my max bid had been shilled up to its max but not over, strange, a bit later a real bidder outbid me, I made my own account and put in another max bid and watched to see if it would also be shilled up to kx but not over, of course it was! Then on another item, I clicked on it to try and see how many let's might be missing since the description doesn't say for sure.
