The new location is great, the system of pickup is vastly better then before. Hour plus waits are now only about 15min
My curb-side pickup experience for the new AZ location (40th ave & Buckeye) was atrocious. Not only did I not get my purchased item, but I was left waiting in the designated parking spot with my car running as the rest of the parking lot rotated out for their pickups. I finally stepped out of my car after 30 mins to ask what the delay was and wad bounced around until I asked my way to the warehouse team lead (Tanner?). I made my appointment for 11:45 AM. I arrived at 11:40 and was checked in. 55 minutes later I was finally heading out. I had to check with employees twice to see what was taking so long. The second time the employee went Into the warehouse and after 10 minutes, someone came out with the stuff I had purchased.
I feel the company lost their integrity in order to do more in sales and less service. I tried contacting Nellis about a few items I won in the auction. I never had issues returning non working items if the description was of a brand new, never used, or "barely" used. Normally if it didn't work that information was the first line in the items description! Not now. A $449 vacuum couldn't be tested but there isn't any information posted about it. Too many mistakes. People bid and expect to get what's being advertised. Only have used you twice where I had to pick up. My friends who referred me are now greatly disappointed in this company. Get the impression that you might do better in Nevada because that's your high-end stuff. That Phoenix isn't really a priority. Bid two separate orders of the same flooring. the second bid wasn't the same even though it was proven that was what I bid. You did take the return. Just about everything I purchased was missing parts! I purchased a storage shed For $250 and only got one box out of two!
Used to buy things quite a bit, but lately the items are priced much higher and missing way too many pieces. The item I bought it worthless as it's just a few random pieces. Need better pictures and description so you don't waste people's time with items that can't even be used. I think I'm done with you guys. I will be returning this item... Just a hassle and waste of time.
