I am from Arizona and I placed bids on an auction in Nevada before we left I emailed the customer service members to please check my invoice I sent them a copy of my invoice because I didn’t want to drive out there and something go wrong. However once we got there we only got eight out of 10 items and they said we could probably come back in a few days. Items aren’t as described. Car doesn’t run. Complete fraud
So Im fairly new to this auction site, I have had good experiences with the few times I have bid, won, and picked up my items. With that being said, me being new to your site I am trying to understand all of the rules. I won two items last week, I had a busy day at work the day of pickup, this was an off site location, so I was not able to make it to pick up my items in time. Bought multiple vanities. Both were described as "new", and both had major damage or components missing discovered when unboxing for install. I'm past the return date on one of them.
2 items I won we’re broken and unusable. Never heard back after I emailed about returning for refund
Buying process was great but had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes to pick up my item. Was extremely busy when I arrived.

Too many items listed at new eoth insignificant damage that do not work, or have significant damage. And one week return is too fast for some items. 2 ping pong tables daid new insignificant damage and the playing surface was damaged. It takes time to put togetger and see and it was beyond a week.
I returned some items because they were not as described, however Nellis did not refund my money. . .
We were sold equipment that was not working and we believe the equipment was possibly stolen because the serial number plate was removed. My husband had to have a $300 part put on the Graco spray rig in order to make it function. I concerned about the fact that the equipment was potentially stolen.
