I returned some items because they were not as described, however Nellis did not refund my money. . .
We were sold equipment that was not working and we believe the equipment was possibly stolen because the serial number plate was removed. My husband had to have a $300 part put on the Graco spray rig in order to make it function. I concerned about the fact that the equipment was potentially stolen.
Purchased was not as described. A.c. was broken. Wasted time driving there returning home and driving back wasting time and gas. Also missed opportunity to purchase a different one had description been correct.
I have purchased lot of products from auction but our 10 I got 8 items returned due to wrong size, information and not discretion properly.
Since the move from Glendale to Phoenix three items that I have won during an auction have been “lost” when I arrive to pick them up. Three separate times I traveled to pick something up and it is lost? I have yet to receive the credit on 2 of the three items. Definitely much more organized at the Glendale location. Haven’t looked at too much since the last item was lost because I fear this will continue.
We have purchased many items, many times from your auction. In comparison to what we get from other auctions, the item descriptions have been off several times either describing the wrong variation of a product and not correctly capturing the product condition. That being said, you do have a much better return policy for the defective or mis-described items. However, we have slowed down on purchasing as much from your auction because it is a bit more of a gamble when we are looking for a specific item.

I found that some items are Just as described and have been amazing deals and others are so broken and damaged that once home I realized I bought junk.
There has been several times where the description does not match the item i purchase. I have talkes to the warehouse staff and they said they domt carr about how they handle the items they toss them around and dont care if they break or not, 2 of girls in the front are always rude and you guys are very un organized
I made the mistake of trusting the description on the site and not opening the boxes until we moved. Won 3 things listed as “NEW” and all of them were broken or missing parts when the description didn’t list it as such.
