Guy loading the box broke a compartment in the truck. Item was fine; as described. But item ended up costing me more in repairs then I saved on the item itself. I get It was an accident. But wasn’t worth it.
I just thought it was pretty funny how the guy comes out to help to put the stuff on a truck on trunk or minivan and then just stands there like what is the object to him bringing it out if that's the case he might as well just take it off the car and leave it on the ground for me to put it in the car if he's not there to help why am I tipping him at all I thought that was pretty pathetic
Description of it Items are extreamly confusing. For example “ box 1 of two . One can take it as if when you pick it up make sure that two boxes are with it . not that it only has one box of the two boxes it originally came in. It can be naked simply item is not complete. Or parts only. I ended up with a 90 dollar telescope with out the telescope it’s self not cool.
I bought an sun umbrella that said minor damage but when I picked it up and opened at home it was definitely major damages. Description was not what it was supposed to be.

I was disappointed when I went to pick my two items to find out one of them was missing. The queen bed that we were really hoping to get. Today 8/15 I see it back on the auction.

I scheduled a pick up for my item drive all the way across town to only find out my item was re-listed why I was not Notified I have no idea, and why it was re-listed when I scheduled to pick it up today again no idea! .... very disappointing guess it’ll be the last time I shop with this company.

Most of the things that I purchased were either broken or missing parts. I would like to see the inspection process improve.
