Poor warehouse experience. I waited over an hour! Descriptions of items are lacking info and sometimes just plain wrong. Employees are polite and friendly and do the best they canÂ

The item was not new as described. It was used, missing pieces, and covered in another humans crusted saliva. Item was returned immediately yet I am still waiting in my refund. When will my money be returned ?Â

I thought i bought a telescope, u guys had a pic of a telescope and i bought it it was boards tha held the telescope not the sope, i guess i didnt read the description where it said 1 of 2, but i dont get it y would u sell 1 piece of it i paid 70 bucks for it i will never buy something from ther ,would i didn't see are misunderstood the descriptionÂ

I don’t hate your auction but I think it’s unfair when you advertise something and receive something different. All carpets should have measurements listed!!Â
This was our first auction and since we are remodeling our kitchen we’re bidding on a Thermador Induction cooktop. We spent a couple of hours at the end of the auction to ensure we had the winning bid at $2600 (+ fees). Scheduled our pickup only to get there and find out the item was pulled from the auction. It was a big waste of our time and a bad experience overall.Â
There was no established check in area. I spoke with a gentleman who I thought checked me in as he confirmed my first and last name. He went into the warehouse, but I waited an hour before I spoke with a nice female employee who verified me and manually grabbed my item. Not sure what the lengthy issue was about given that my item was a small 2 lb heater. As a result of the delay, we were late to our next appointment.Â
