Most of the things that I purchased were either broken or missing parts. I would like to see the inspection process improve.

Poor warehouse experience. I waited over an hour! Descriptions of items are lacking info and sometimes just plain wrong. Employees are polite and friendly and do the best they can

The item was not new as described. It was used, missing pieces, and covered in another humans crusted saliva. Item was returned immediately yet I am still waiting in my refund. When will my money be returned ?

The item was misdescribed. I live too far to return the item so instead I just won’t be using your auction site again.
I thought i bought a telescope, u guys had a pic of a telescope and i bought it it was boards tha held the telescope not the sope, i guess i didnt read the description where it said 1 of 2, but i dont get it y would u sell 1 piece of it i paid 70 bucks for it i will never buy something from ther ,would i didn't see are misunderstood the description
Both times I have ordered from you the description of the product was wrong and misleading.
I don’t hate your auction but I think it’s unfair when you advertise something and receive something different. All carpets should have measurements listed!!
