You need to increase your web servers performance or add more servers. It’s getting unprofessionally slow As the listed items start to expire and then for the next 2 hours. This is very precedent today 6/23 when you had 3 auctions expiring at the same time. I lost out in several items due to database and timeout errors. It is not on my end!! It’s your web server farm. Horrible.
Both items were unusable. Description said minor damage/dents. The item was damaged beyond repair.
We were first time buyers.. Well description of product online said it was New and when we got it to our house it had a huge dent on the lower half of our cabinet. We didnt do it on our transport back to our house because it was on an end that wasn't near anything that would cause a dent like that. Also it wasn't wrapped fully around. Online system getting more and more glitchy. System just too slow, descriptions are inaccurate, and prices too high to justify the effort. If I value my time, I am better to just buy on Amazon directly and then get warranty and ability to return
Service is always terrible, descriptions are always wrong “minor damage “ you get it home and it’s trashed and doesn’t even work.
The lady in the front, not the one in the curbside pickup box but the one in the actual building is a piece of work! She was entirely rude and overall just full off a 'back off' attitude! I called to let you guys know I was on the way to pick up my 1 item and I was on hold for 40 minutes! By the time someone actually answered the dang phone I was nearly to the warehouse! Wait times to pick up are ridiculous, 45 minutes to 1 hour plus. Every time. Not sure what the appointment schedule is for! Could be a much better experience.
Well I showed up at 1 pm to pick up my items and was told to go to number eight spot. I parked my car and waited till 235 in the heat. I watched car after car leave. Talked to several people.that were up set that they had to wait 15 minutes. The last three times I have showed up it seems to get worse. I am told it is. A computer error every time. I bought a massage chair, hired a moving company to pick it up, then was told it could not be found. I was told by the online chat person my money would be refunded and I'd be given a $100 credit. Guess what? No $100 credit. So I'm out an extra $169 for a moving company because Glendale location is too busy to answer the phone or emails for 3 days to let me know if the chair was assembled or in boxes.
