I bought a massage chair, hired a moving company to pick it up, then was told it could not be found. I was told by the online chat person my money would be refunded and I'd be given a $100 credit. Guess what? No $100 credit. So I'm out an extra $169 for a moving company because Glendale location is too busy to answer the phone or emails for 3 days to let me know if the chair was assembled or in boxes. people who didnt make appt, were getting their stuff before me.... who had made an appt and had waited over an hour past my appt time
I scheduled my pick up and then was notified through text that I would not be able to pick up my item due to a unforseen issue at the Glendale location. I have already paid for my item as well. I have tried to call but no luck.
Two of the items I purchased were damaged and not described as damaged, this has happened multiple times with Nellis purchases and it makes me afraid to purchase anything for fear of having to deal with the return process. The staff are great and when things go right I feel like I get a good deal.
Reply to emails/ phone calls! I got several misdescribed items
This was my first purchase from this auction. The item listed was in new condition however when I got it home two major pieces were missing making the elliptical unusable. I took the time to call the manufacturer and find as well as order the parts for a total of $51.74. When I called to ask someone to work with me on a partial refund due to the cost to make it new they would not work with me only offered a full return. I was baited and switched for lot # 711982 The description did not state that the product was incomplete, i would either like another desk or my money back. I drove 3 hours to get this piece of particle board.
Love the idea of it, but purchased a chair that was labeled as new with everything included- it’s missing hardware and we can’t find pieces to fit.
When I arrived to pick up my package, it seemed like the guy felt it to be difficult to load it into my trunk, about 4/5 pieces were dropped from the box and when he was walking away I had to ask if they were mine, he laughed and said probably. So I picked them up and left
