When I arrived to pick up my package, it seemed like the guy felt it to be difficult to load it into my trunk, about 4/5 pieces were dropped from the box and when he was walking away I had to ask if they were mine, he laughed and said probably. So I picked them up and left
Have purchased five times and had to return 3 times. Items listed as new are completely used/damaged - one literally fell apart upon opening and was bent broken so badly that we could not re box it. The items we purchased as minor use were in better condition than the new ones!!! Returns was easy enough, however what a disappointment to not get what you were sold and then what an inconvenience to have to make another trip down there! Not sure if I will continue using the auction
I have bought too many items that had unmentioned damage.
Two out of three things can not be used. I have emailed, called and still no return information on how to return things. The cutting board i bought is cracked down one side and the top of the fishing rod is broke off. Neither can be used so i feel i wasted my money. Things happen i understand but only a 7 day return policy makes it hard for those of us that work 7-7:30 and are working 7 straight . I don’t know what is needed for the return because no customer service
I don’t understand why you promote your items when they are unusable. I bought a TV and it was completely broken and not functional.
We bought a ton of stuff and spent a ton of money because we were moving into a bigger house. Things that were mark “new” and all good were not. We have a popcorn popper with a main button that is not the correct size to fit all the hard ware, we have 2 baby gates they don’t work (one missing hardware and the other one broke, a office chair that is missing the bottom half, a bed frame that was missing hardware. Item was different than what was displayed in the auction. The item was broken.
My item was lost. They told me they would contact me within 2 days if it was found. it has been 5 days and I have still not heard from them or had a refund as they said I would after 2 days for the lost item.

Check in was fast was left to load my own items. nothing was as described when purchased.. stuff that was said to be new was damaged. Classic bait an switch maneuver tactics. Basically save your money.
