Fist purchase I made was what I thought was a good one. Drove over one hour to pick up. Get there and my item was missing.
Called ahead for pick up of item. Once I arrived an hour later, I was then told they were unable to locate the item. For optimal customer experience, a call should have been placed to advise of this. Travelled to pick up location to return with nothing.

Item pictured and purchased was no where to be found when my husband went to pick up (this, after a 2 hour wait)!
I am still missing a mattress that I bought and no one has called to explain what the issue is yet. We arrived as scheduled to pick it up and found out when we arrived, after driving an hour 1 way that it was missing in the warehouse. We were told someone would call in a few days if they found it or we would be refunded and neither have happened. I am hoping the issue gets resolved and the mattress is found, but the lack of communication and losing our item has left us with concerns and doubt.
So I won a bid and the item was to big to fit into my car so I had rented a truck and later on the day I went to open it and I found out it was damaged which in the description was new. Then it was not even a headboard after so much research this was a sofa box 1 of 2. I immediately called but the agent Jeanne was like send me an email with pictures and I will call you back since I could not return due to truck rental already being returned. I never received a call back nor an email.
Item purchased was not item brought to vehicle after a 2 hour wait! No one on-site could locate the item i paid for.
pictures are poor,bad,same disclosure on almost everything (parts missing)? when they are there better background would help in taking the pictures. the reserve price is to high on a lot of items for damage goods.
I won the bidding on an item. I called an hour out from arrival. I made a 50 mile drive for them just to tell me that they were unable to find my item. This could have been a simple call letting me know but they couldn’t tell me until I arrived and waited for 20 minutes and they were unable to locate it
