I used to buy a lot from the auction, recently i have to take everything back due to the description being wrong. Stuff is broken and/or missing components. Not worth my time to pick up junk just to have to return it. And now with the reduced hours i cant go after work so i have to keep it for a week before returning. I returned a shed that was missing a panel, i bought another that is missing hardware, that i will be returning. I can understand that we are in trying times right now. The fact that an appointment needs to be made to pick up means that my time to pick up is only on the weekends. I cannot wait, as I did last Saturday, for over an hour to set up a time to pick up. I there will forfeit my item that I won on bid.
Return my call so that we can get my account straightened out.
Staff at the Arizona site on first visit was very unprofessional made a complaint and the only resolution was they would make my purchase a available to pick up when I picked up additional items. I was having a great experience, until i have an issue with my credit card, now i can't bid anymore, after we do a lot of business i can't pay in cash, and that's a bad news
I have bought alot of items from Nellis, recently it hasnt gone well. When I showed up to pick up item they brought out the wrong item. I was told it was mistagged and no attempt to locate it was done. I was given a refund but that does not cover fuel and time.
The first time I buy and I bought only but trash nothing is good
When I find an item, I watch the time, and go back to bid. And just about every time, even though it still had time left. The item mysteriously disappears. What the Hell....
I bid on an item that said Reese hitch. It was sway bars but not a hitch. I had to pay restock fee for the miss titled item.
