Haven’t bought an item that’s condition is correctly described.
The wait time has become a bad experience lately. It is the worst it has ever been. Almost 2 hour wait for me to get 1 item at Phoenix location. Makes me not want to bid on items cause thought of how long the wait time is.

The wait was so long for pick up, I gave up on getting my items.
A LOT of things that you say "new" aren't new. It's usually missing parts or used.
The algorithms run the price up in the last half hour
Too many items I have received ate sliced open or marred by whoever opens the box to take pictures. Screws are always missing.
There should be a 30second toner for mistaken bids
I keep buying things that are not as described, something will say new but then be missing things. I realize that I can bring them back, but since I don’t live close and can’t get back over there very easily, it’s often not worth bringing them back.

I bought a cabinet in the shed and I can’t use either one of them because there’s no hardware in the cabinet in the shed is smashed on two corners so no I will never buy from you guys again I just wasted 176 bucks just to throw the package away
