Every time I have purchased an item that states new and everything there it’s always missing parts or broken....Do better inspections of products.

I bought a lot of stuff (total over $2k) and half the items were damaged, when they were described as new and I was t able to return them. For sure wouldn’t recommend a place where I lost money for something being described wrong.

I purchased a carpet and the description didn’t describe the carpet as having black in it. The picture wasn’t clear enough to see the black pattern in the carpet. The carpet also was described as soiled during shipping. After inspection I noticed dog food rolled up in the carpet. This told me the carpet was most likely used. The front desk person made it sound like she was doing me a favor by allowing me to return the carpet. She told me the picture was not inaccurate and showed the black markings on the rug. Some of the things were damaged and the shoe storage was missing pieces to put them together.

Items not listed accurately Sadly, a listed a “new bed” had been covered in filth from the warehouse and there was a tear approx dollar bill size that wasn’t mentioned

Most is good, but the techs have to do a better job about describing the damage and missing parts, I bought a pressure cooker and said it was new/functional but it was missing the cord, I didn’t notice until after the time limit

In some instances products are a good buy. A lot of products are listed as new with all components but they armor correctly labeled. Also, I recently returned two items listed as new that were broken and they were listed as “new” and “minor use” on the next auction. This is not just buyer be ware but fraud. Very disappointed to see that.

I usually love to gain items from Nellis auction however I’m standing in line at the Dean Martin location and I’m determined to NEVER bid here again! It’s been 30 minutes and I’m not even HALFWAY to the front! There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and even LESS WORKERS! When I went to the procycon location everything was QUICK AND EFFICIENT and this is the complete opposite! NO ONE at the desk : only WORKERS checking out invoices!
