I usually love to gain items from Nellis auction however I’m standing in line at the Dean Martin location and I’m determined to NEVER bid here again! It’s been 30 minutes and I’m not even HALFWAY to the front! There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and even LESS WORKERS! When I went to the procycon location everything was QUICK AND EFFICIENT and this is the complete opposite! NO ONE at the desk : only WORKERS checking out invoices! Feels like i return more items then i keep. Description are wrong. And the 15% premium is high.
I bid on what I thought was an authentic Marilyn Monroe poster with a cracked glass from the Robin Leach estate. The auctioneer is arguing with me that he did not identify it as being authentic, however, he also did not identify it as being a Xerox copy! I have also paid $25 for replacement glass, a total of $125.00 for a Xerox copy of a poster. I think the auctioneer's name is Chris. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED and I have taken so much time in fighting with this issue. I would appreciate being contacted. Thank you.
Purchased 2 desks. Both times there was something missing or the listing description was incorrect so I had to go back and forth many times with this big item. Not worth buying here. The other time I purchased a stand that stated NEW but it was broken at the base but didnt see that until after the return period. Need to do a better job listing items properly.

I’m giving one start because I have not waited less than one hour to receive my items. You guys have to hire more people to get things moving. I’m standing in a line right now that I n it will cost me at least an hour. I would buy so much more stuff if I knew I could get in and out. Bought clock that was not disclosed as a home built kit.
Multiple times items I have won were marked as "new" and it was apparent they were not. They were damaged or missing items. As well, another item that I won that was marked as "minor damage" with a picture had major damage and was not shown in the picture. Also, there was an item I won that showed retail value over $1000.... unfortunately when I checked after I won (my fault, should have checked before) the true retail value was $750. Having to return lot of items because descriptions arent correct and missing parts. Also the 15% that is charged is a little on the high side.
I Purchased a dog run for $50 and the hardware was not included in the box so it's useless to me
