Don't like the writing so long to pick up
I tried the online liquidation auction and most the stuff we purchased was absolute garbage, damage so poorly it should’ve never been resold. I bought a truck in the auto auction but the fees are so high that it’s not worth it you might as well just go pay retail. The estimated retail value they list is actually pretty high compared to Kelley blue book and after the fees, you’ve paid too much for that vehicle
I think more information about items would be helpful, not just missing parts
Everything went perfect. The process, the staff the pick up, all great. I won two auctions that day and drove from Queen Creek to pick up my items. I got help loading them into my car and drove home. Got home and unloaded the first item and it was exactly what I expected. The second item was not what was advertised in the auction as far as the size and measurements are concerned. To be honest yes i would recommend this auction to family and friends. But i rather keep my secret to myself. I love the respect your employees give me. And the ladies that work the counter outstanding customer service they give. So thank you from the bottom of mghuy heart for making my experience with you fast and friendly
Long wait in line. Not well organized. Products are not described accurately enough or misrepresented in the description. (Something that has been used for a year in the sun, is NOT "New - open box". I won't be using you again.
I’ve tried calling this business multiple times to ask a question about an auction I won. No one ever answers the phone or returns messages. I guess I’m just “out” the money I spent.
Asked a question, as I have no idea how the total amount was calculated. Never got a response.
I purchased several items snd most were broken or missing parts..they were not listed as non functional but i ended up tossing out most of what i bought. Very disappointed indeed.
